The STOP QUIT NOW Smoking & Vaping Programs

All the techniques and sessions provide you with an experience of calm, relaxed, focused control, where you have the power to choose to be smoke free forever.

PREPARATION

Preparation is the key too success. When you enter the program, you are provided with the STOP SMOKING GUIDE or the STOP VAPING GUIDE, essentially a Prepare to Quit Guide. You are encouraged to make notes, think about your personal smoking story and fill in the Online Survey ahead of your first Personal Consultation. During this week, you work with the RELAX 15© Session, gaining a sense of calm relaxed focused control. There is no need to cut down or stop smoking at all. It is important to make no effort to stop, just work with the RELAX 15© Session and the Preparation Guide.

CALM WEEK ONE

The theme for this week is being CALM. You have your first Online Session with me, where the information from the Online Survey and our private discussion is used to craft your personalised Past Present Future Session.

There is no need to cut down or stop smoking at all.

Using your experience of working with the RELAX 15© and a brief brief technique [Power To Choose] provides you with a practical skill to use throughout the day. Don’t make an effort to cut down or stop smoking, just work with the Past Present Future Session and the brief technique. You can expect to learn to experience a sense of becoming CALM.

RELAXED WEEK TWO

The next week’s theme is to RELAX and you Commit To Quit. You have your second Online Session where we discuss your experience so far. I use this discussion to craft your personalised STOP QUIT NOW Session which helps you decisively stop smoking (or vaping), quit now and be smoke free forever.

This week you commit to quit.

You are also provided with a 5 minute version of the first exercise, RELAX5©. You can achieve full relaxation in 5 minutes, and become calm, relaxed, focused and in control.

FOCUS WEEK THREE

The theme for the third week is FOCUS and a special Freedom Session helps you free your mind of any apprehensions or obstacles.

You have already prepared your mind by examining your past, creating your future, making a commitment to be smoke free forever. Now you free your mind of any apprehensions or obstacles. Sounds like a lot, but this progress is smooth, effortless and empowering. Because YOU are doing all the work, you are in control.

CONTROL WEEK FOUR

The fourth and final week is about being IN CONTROL as you move forward into your smoke free future. Most people quit smoking forever during Week 2 or Week 3. The final Smoke Free Forever Session is designed to propel you into that future with confidence, a confidence that comes from being calm, relaxed, focused and in control. All the sessions can be listened to in the future, but this one is the most popular as it encourages you to utilise the skills and resources you have gained throughout the program in your daily life.

RESOURCES

You receive a daily confidence boosting text message. You text back the number of cigarettes you smoked the day before (or when your vape runs out). You receive emails and your audio files. Your commitment takes as little as 30 minutes a day in total.
