Individual Programs
Each person’s experience of a health or lifestyle issue, or habit, is unique and every client has their own personal reasons for wanting to break or quit a habit or behaviour.
Individual Programs can be created to support, guide and empower you through the process of leaving behind a habit that you don’t want, don’t need, making sure you are forever free of the habit. And of course, once that’s gone, your whole life changes as you change.
I typically take 3 session sometimes 4-5 sessions, with some preparation time before our first formal session. It goes something like this …
Contact Me
Let me know what health or lifestyle issue is of importance to you right now.
Strategy Session
If you want to talk in person, book a free 15 minute Strategy Session to discuss your personal situation, to see if I am a good fit for you and plan a program for your specific needs.
Payment
I will send you an invoice for the session(s) agreed upon.
Preparation Phase
Over the next week (or two, depending on lead time), I usually include using a relaxation session, a reflection and preparation exercise so you can make some notes ahead of our first formal session.
Session One
We discuss your preparation, the plan for our working together, what I’ll do, what you will do and then usually include some short exercises and a hypnosis session (recorded for you, but if time is short, I record it later and send it to you). This session is focused on preparation and the identification of expectations and perceived obstacles to your success.
Session Two
Usually one week later, we check in and structure a session that allows you to make the break from you past and embrace your future.
Session Three
This session polishes our work together and sets you up for a life enjoying the transition to your preferred health and lifestyle goals.
Extra Sessions
Sometimes we need additional sessions. I usually say 3-5 sessions, but I will have a better idea during our Strategy Session and you and I will discuss your progress each session.
