This is a simple relaxation session that will form part of your preparation. Find a time each day to listen and experience 15 smoke free minutes of calm, relaxed, focused, control. Gaining control of your body (by relaxation) by using your mind is a skill for life.

Download either or both Guides, depending on your personal situation. Take the time to go through the guides over the next few days as part of your preparation.

You will be contacted by email and SMS in the next 48 hours. We will set up your Personal Sessions and start sending SMS messages to you.

You don’t have to change your habits at all, for now. By letting me know how many cigarettes/vape sessions you have each day, we can keep a track of your progress. Be honest, make a best estimate.

Find the time each day to listen to the RELAX 15 Session. You are building a new habit, a healthy, personally empowering habit. Sometimes, the challenge is setting aside 15 minutes for yourself. It doesn’t matter when you do it.

Respond to the SMS each day with the number of cigarettes or vape sessions.

Go through the Preparation Guide and write down any questions you have for me.

Choose who you tell about your decision to quit and who you don’t tell. There is no need to have well-meaning friends constantly ask you “How is it going?”. It’s up to you, this is a very personal and important journey you are on.

Welcome to STOP QUIT NOW. I look forward to meeting with you in our first Personal Session. The emails sent to you provide all the details regarding accessing the TeleHealth or Phone sessions. I record the actual hypnotherapy sessions for your personal use. I don’t record the discussion section of our time together.
